Good night friends.I'm having problems when I go to bracing a slab panel.Whenever I try this message appears, has anyone come across this and could help me?
Good evening Raph, thanks for the reply. Weird that it pleased me even using the same version as you. But, if you can, I would like you to explain better what you are asking me, because I don't understand. I don't know this language since I'm Brazilian. haha
Hello Pedro! Thanks for the message. Could you tell us:1. What version of Sketchframer are you using? (Extensions/SketchFramer/About)2. By bracing did you mean cross-bracing?
I want to make this piece with these bracings, but this piece was made as a truss, and as a truss there is no way to configure the spacing between the steelĀ frameĀ profiles.
The only way is to do it as a slab, but this error that I am reporting justĀ aboveĀ happens.
The Cross bracing made by straps, also known as "Cruz de San Andres" in Spanish is not intended to take lateral forces on horizontal planes, so is not a Slab natural tool . That tool is used exclusivelly on walls. The Slabs will be taking pararell forces once braced with plywood or OSB boards. If the slab is inteded to make a light sheet roof, the roof itself will act as diagonal brace. Beside that, we will check the tool compatibility with the slabs.
About trusses, you can set up the subdivision as spacing, or make it coincident with an aligner, so it will take the subdivision of the walls...
Hm... I installed that version and it is working fine.
Could you check: 1. Ruby Console, if you have any errors? (Window/Ruby Console)
2. Javascript Error, on the properties click right mouse / Inspect Element / Console and copy what you have there?
Did you try to change the subdivision count or security range? Maybe @Vladimir Lignelli will have any idea here
